1. Service Delivery

2. Digital Product Activation
- All premium features and services are activated automatically upon successful payment.

3. Subscription Plans & Upgrades
- Users upgrading their subscription will have their new plan activated immediately after payment.
- If an upgrade is not reflected, please log out and log in again or contact support.
4. Failed Transactions
- In case of a failed payment where the amount is deducted but the service is not activated, users should wait for 24 hours as banks may process the transaction automatically.
